Tickets are nonrefundable.
Because Mahogany Table is a small, community-centered event, we plan every detail — catering, materials, swag, seating, staffing — based on the exact number of women registered. Once your ticket is purchased:Your seat is reserved specifically for you.
Funds are immediately allocated toward contractual costs.
Your materials, swag, and food orders are secured.
However, tickets are transferable.
If something comes up, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no cost. Just email us to update the name.This policy allows us to keep the experience high-quality, intimate, and financially sustainable for the community.

The venue is approximately 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on the east side of Orlando near the University of Central Florida (UCF).
You’ll be close to hotels, restaurants, and major roads.

Our gathering is rooted in Christian values, but created with space for every woman. We honor God, we honor each other, and we welcome women from all backgrounds who desire rest, joy, and connection.
